The wisdom of crowds: An experiment

I created a wiki that I hope will gain some energy and contributions in the wake of the bicentennial citizen summit coming up on Tuesday.





Wiki business is tricky business. It is a great tool fueled by great vision for group collaboration. Unfortunately, other than wikipedia, they rarely catch on. Let's see what happens.
